Cancellations are accepted up to 6:00pm on the same day of arrival for individual Reservations.

Any reservation made for third party requires credit card authorization from the first party prior to arrival.

If rooms within Group Reservations are not picked up, they will be released on cutoff day by the hotel. 6:00pm cancellation does not apply to a Group Reservation.
